An illustrative $300,000 target
With a $230,000 guaranteed base, a 5,200-wRVU threshold, and $50 per wRVU above threshold: 5,200 + ($300,000 - $230,000) / $50 = 6,600 wRVUs. If you have reported 1,100 and have 10 working weeks left, the remaining pace is 550 wRVUs per week. These are examples, not compensation benchmarks.
