What the calculator models

Built on the 2026 CMS Physician Fee Schedule. Every line item uses official wRVU values, GPCI-adjusted by locality where relevant.

Annual wRVUs from your real visit mix

Set units per code per week (99213, 99214, 99215, G2211, AWVs, ACP, prolonged services, and more) and the calculator computes weekly and annual wRVUs. Add specialty codes (cards, endo, GI, pulm, rheum, derm, GYN, behavioral, hospital medicine) from the extended catalog on Pro.

Gross collections from your conversion factor

Plug in your group's CF (defaults to 2026 Medicare). Calculator multiplies wRVUs by CF to project gross collections. Adjust locality to reflect GPCI work index for your geography.

Employed-track bonus math

Models base salary plus a wRVU bonus over a threshold. Supports a fixed bonus rate or tiered bonus brackets. Quality and other variable bonuses are line items. Compares your projected total comp against MGMA and AAMC benchmarks for your specialty and region.

Methodology

All wRVU values come from the 2026 CMS Physician Fee Schedule. The default conversion factor is the 2026 Medicare CF; override it with your group's commercial-blended CF for collections projections. Comp benchmarks (MGMA and AAMC) are synthesized from public summary statistics, percentile-banded by specialty and region.
